There is a limit to how successfully the console version is able to emulate the PC experience, but it does a good enough job that I can’t recommend the game enough to the Switch owner hankering for a city building game for their favorite hybrid console. Cities: Skylines – Windows 10 Edition puts you in charge of a growing city – from the ground-breaking of its first streets to the ever-changing needs of thousands of citizens. Most people will not get to 100k population, but let me assure everyone again the game retains all the milestones of the PC version which ends at 90k so it is designed to run at a high population count, 100k pop is certainly supported in this version. A game with obvious compromises that is not only playable but has the full experience on Switch.
